The 3rd session of the Telemark Festival will take place this year again at the Pelvoux-Vallouise resort on 27th and 28th of January 2007.

On the programme :Exhibitors Village with possibilities to test materials, to learn and compete in a good spirit. But also a tombola with lots of prizes and a party with meal and concert. That will be the best moment to discover telemarking pleasures and choose material in the heart of the Pays des Ecrins.

For the second year running, Puy Saint Vincent ski resort has been selected to hold one of the boarder cross events in the French Cup Series.

After the success of last year's event, which attracted 200 competitors of 20 different nationalities, the 2007 event looks set to be huge, with the participation of the best athletes in the world including some of our own local Ecrins Snowboard Club members. Undoubtedly they will do all that they can to win on their homeground thanks to Pierre Vaultier, selected for the Turin Olympics, and Robin Gaentzhirt, also member of the French team.

By organising this competition Puy Saint Vincent joins a group of ski resorts which are dedicated to developing new types of winter sports. The boardercross is an event which is sporty and fun at the same time and which unites the best specialists of this trendy sport.
