Qualité TourismeT is a mark which federates all the quality insurances. Created by the Tourism Minister, its objective is the quality of service and the customer satisfaction.

The Qualité TourismeT mark federates every offers which are at the heart of the french touristic offer : accomodations, restaurant, coffees, bars, travel agencies, seasonal hiring, transports, tourism office.

The Logis de France count 3200 hotels-restaurants, located everywhere in France and Europe, all of them are adherents to a quality charter.

The hotels-restaurants Logis de France are divided in 3 categories : 1, 2 or 3 fireplaces.

		A simple confort, good food, a good quality/price ratio
		A really good confort, really good food, at the best price
		An excellent confort, elaborated food, attentive services

This classification in three categories is really strict and made from more than 260 criterions.

Warm welcome, authenticity, confort, security, equipement, localisation. Nothing is forgotten !

And nothung is definitive : At every moment, the classification of a Logis can be reviewed. The charter comity can retrograde and even strike of the list, the hotels not in conformity with the Logis de France charter.

Your commentaries, read by the quality service, permit to modify a classification.

For the hotels, a classification in stars is attributed as said in the national decree from the 14th of february 1986 fixing the standards for classifying hotes and residencies of tourism.

The hotels are classified in 6 categories (without stars, 1 star, 2 stars, 3 stars, 4 stars, 4 stars luxury), based on confort, size of rooms, equipments and services criterions after the visit of the hotels.

The Tourism and handicap charter give true and objective information on the accessibility of places for 4 kinds of handicap (motor, visual, hearing et mental).

The charter, given by the Tourisme and Handicap association for a 5 years duration, can be delivered for 1, 2, 3 or 4 kinds of handicap.
