Mountain yoga

In the Pays des Écrins we like to take time to relax and treat ourselves.


It is in a calm, tranquil atmosphere that you can try yoga in the Pays des Écrins. Different lessons and different techniques are on offer.

What could be better than a gentle, rejuvenating activity in the heart of the Écrins National Park… There are many yoga instructors to assist you or if you already know a few poses, we suggest trying them outdoors after skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or ski trekking in winter, or at one of the Pays des Écrins’ remarkable sites in the summer where your energy will be in harmony with nature and the mountains.

Hata Yoga sessions, with Camille and Yann, take place all year in Vallouise and place emphasis on breathing and poses to make you more supple and for deep toning. An ideal moment to relax and be aware of your body.

Another kind of yoga is also available all year on Fridays in Vallouise. It is a different approach supervised by Nathalie and includes gentleness, awareness and gentle poses to take care of your mind and body.

Arielle also welcomes you to her lovely yoga hall in l’Argentière on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings. It is in a lovely atmosphere that you will learn or improve poses for wellness and relaxation. Arielle will calmly accompany you for a wellness break during your holiday. Two- or three-day courses are also organised with accommodation in her bed & breakfast called Maison Abeil.
