After climbing to the Glacier Blanc refuge, participants learn roped-up climbing techniques and get their first taste of using crampons on the glacier. The teams move through the glacial environment while roped together, learning vigilance, coordination, and mutual trust.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ws-library-ws-columns alignwide has-2-columns are-vertically-aligned-center layout-5050\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-ws-library-ws-column\"><div class=\"wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-ws-library-ws-title\"><h2>Navigating Rocky Terrain &#038; Games<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Ailefroide, teams navigate a natural terrain strewn with obstacles, punctuated by challenges and questions about the mountains, wildlife, and the local area. It\u2019s an activity that combines critical thinking, cooperation, and orienteering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The day concludes with dinner at the Chalet H\u00f4tel d\u2019Ailefroide, an iconic historic establishment in the hamlet that first opened its doors in the early 20th century. This activity lets you experience the mountains in a different way, in a unique atmosphere that\u2019s a bit challenging\u2014yet always safe. A true metaphor for our company!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the guidance of state-certified instructors, participants work in pairs to learn the basics of rock climbing or hone their skills\u2014for more experienced climbers. All safety equipment is provided.<br\/>\u2192 Up to 10 participants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ws-library-ws-title aligncenter\"><h4>Lunch at the Engilberge Hotel<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seminar concludes with lunch on the terrace at<a href=\"\/?p=260811\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.paysdesecrins.com\/fiche\/restaurant-bar-engilberge\/\">the Hotel Engilberge<\/a>. This family-run hotel features local specialties, such as trout from the fishpond and blueberry pie, prepared according to the hotel\u2019s traditional recipes. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ws-library-ws-title aligncenter\"><h4><em>Additional (optional) activities<\/em><br\/>, Challenge des \u00c9crins (2 to 4 hours)<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In teams of 6 to 8 people, participants explore on their own through various geolocation-based activities using digital tablets. These games allow participants to discover the park\u2019s many treasures while fostering team spirit. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ws-library-ws-title aligncenter is-style-simple\"><h2>Accommodation<\/h2><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The trip is hosted at <a href=\"\/?p=259799#\/lodging\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.paysdesecrins.com\/fiche\/gite-lei-mendi\/#\/lodging\">G\u00eete Le\u00ef Mendi<\/a>, located in Ailefroide, in the heart of the \u00c9crins National Park. This cozy lodge, popular with hikers and climbers, offers a simple and authentic setting surrounded by nature.
