It will take place from Vallouise to Puy Aillaud, offering breathtaking landscapes and a major physical challenge.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Trials<\/strong><br\/>The D\u00e9fi de la Vallouise consists of two distinct rounds, mixing running and cycling, with demanding but exhilarating courses:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>First Round &#8211; Cycling<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second Round &#8211; Running<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants can choose to compete either individually or in teams of two, with one member riding a bike and the other on foot. The final standings will be determined by adding up the times of the two runs, ensuring a fair and exciting competition. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conditions of Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cat\u00e9gories Jeunes&nbsp;:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Riders born in 2010 and 2009 must race as a team. They can choose their teammate freely. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Runners born from 2008 onwards have the opportunity to participate individually or as a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Registration and Practical Information<br\/><\/strong>Registrations are open to all, whether they are amateurs or experienced athletes.
