The chalet has a surface area of 120 m². It can accommodate 9 to 11 people comfortably. Since July 2014, this furnished accommodation has been classed as 4-star by the Hautes Alpes Tourism Committee.

On the ground floor:

A large 50 m² living room with fitted kitchen around a gently radiating soapstone tile stove. A bedroom for two people with an en suite bathroom (walk-in shower).

15 m² outdoor larch wood terrace with table and benches for 8 to 12 people.

Upstairs:

Mezzanine with a sofa bed

Two bedrooms for two people and one bedroom with three single beds and bunk beds.

Bathroom with shower and bath.

Sleeping arrangements: 3 double beds (140 cm) plus a sofa bed spread across four separate rooms.

Single bunk beds (90 cm) and one single bed all in the same bedroom.

One folding cot bed.
