Helen’s Yoga

Sunny and dynamic, Hélène Ducournau has found in the Écrins a perfect playground for her yoga… and its escalation. Originally from Montpellier, she discovered yoga by chance during a climbing session, then went to India to train before returning to put down her mat in the Hautes-Alpes. Today, she offers vinyasa flow, a fun yoga that can be adapted to all, nourished by her travels, her encounters and her days in the mountains.
Her sessions, often in the open air, are an invitation to breathe, refocus and tone the body in an exceptional natural setting. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced enthusiast, Hélène adapts to your needs for a moment of letting go in harmony with the landscape.

Marie-Noëlle’s pickings

In L’Argentière-la-Bessée, Marie-Noëlle Peguy, ethnobotanist and mountain guide, takes you to discover the wild plants of the Écrins. Here, each step is an observation: smelling, touching, recognizing… and learn.
During her walks, she shares her knowledge to restore the value of plants, whether medicinal or culinary. Plantain, for example, treats bites and flavors pestos. After picking, it’s time for processing: herb turnovers, jams, pestos or herbal teas. A workshop where you leave with recipes, but above all a new look at nature.

Lucas’ forest bathing

Lucas Bessy, ski instructor and forest therapy guide, offers a unique experience: slow down, reconnect, live in the moment. Its workshops, accessible to all, take place over less than a kilometre, in three hours.
Here, you don’t have to walk for a long time: you immerse yourself in the forest, you listen, you breathe. Lucas sometimes mixes intuitive music – guitar, piano, handpan – to create real sensory journeys. The Écrins then become a cocoon where you can find energy and serenity.
