VINYASA yoga is based on the synchronisation of movement and breathing. The postures are linked together in a fluid way. The theme is different for each session, and the choice of postures follows the principle of yoga therapy, which encourages the circulation of energy. This is dynamic yoga that stretches and tones the body. Each session ends with relaxation.

Aerial yoga is a form of vinyasa that is partially or totally suspended in a "hammock"-shaped fabric specially designed for this activity. One part of the body is supported, allowing you to go further in the postures, to exert less force and to work on your balance. Gravity stretches the spine without straining, and increases the benefits of inversions. The sequences are great fun!
