As a foot reflexology practitioner, I can offer you a range of treatments.
"The etymology of the word foot in Chinese literally means: the part of the body that maintains health.
Foot reflexology is the practice of applying digital pressure to so-called "reflex zones", mainly on the feet and hands, corresponding to the body's tissues and organs.
It is a marvellous tool for maintenance and prevention as an adjunct to other medical treatments.
I massage you at my practice, but also at home, at your workplace or holiday destination, in hospitals and retirement homes. I come with my own massage chair and organic oils, so all you have to do is let yourself go!
My practice is 15 minutes from Briançon, 1 hour from Gap, 10 minutes from Vallouise and 30 minutes from Embrun.
