L’Ecrin de Suzette invites you to rediscover her no-frills way of making the great, staple classics, popular cuisine from our regions and elsewhere.
Around the fire in winter, or on the shady, flowered terrace facing the mountains in summer.
L’Ecrin de Suzette offers home-made cooking, made from well-selected regional products, 100% organic buckwheat flour, tasty cheeses…all with a touch of good humour!
Suzette concocts dishes catering for all kinds of food intolerance or diet (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, etc.) but, of course, equally generous.
You’ve guessed it, her key words are pleasure, generosity and conviviality just like the Pays des Écrins
And as all seasons are beautiful here, l’Ecrin de Suzette is open all year 7/7 during school holidays, in the low season from Wednesday lunch time to Saturday evening. Brunch Sunday midday!
