Les Écrins campsite is located in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes between the Écrins National Park and the Queyras Regional Natural Park.
The Mediterranean climate that boasts 300 days of sunshine per year is ideal for nature enthusiasts who can make the most of the lavender-scented mountains.
There are many cultural and sports activities: Fournel silver mines, flora, fauna, hiking, white water sports, climbing, canyoning, via ferrata, tree-top adventures, paragliding, mountain biking.
The campsite, located in l’Argentière la Bessée, is ideally located for hiking in the surrounding valleys from a fixed base. It has 70 tent pitches and 4 canvas bungalows (without sanitary installations) and is open from April 20 to September 20.
You are also close to all the shops and services of a small town of 2400 inhabitants: SNCF train station, shops, supermarket, cinema, swimming pool, restaurants.
