Les Elixirs d’Isabelle
Les Elixirs d’Isabelle is a small farm in Pallon à Freissinières (Hautes-Alpes) that grows or picks aromatic plants in the mountains and processes them into liqueurs and aperitifs.
The liqueurs on offer: hyssop, larch, elderflower, peppermint, rhubarb, tansy.
The aperitifs: Guignolet, elderflower wine.
The idea is very simple: to preserve the recipes and methods our grandmothers learned. Over time, the recipes have been refined to capture all the medicinal properties of the plants, as well as their aromas, in the liqueur.
All year round daily.
