On the first floor of the south-facing façade of the house but with the front door at ground level on the east-facing wall giving direct access to the terrace where you can eat outside. It comprises:

– a large living room measuring over 30 m², lounge and dining room in an arched room that opens directly onto the roughly 15 m² kitchen (fully equipped and new: oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood with external evacuation). The lounge has one sofa and one sofa bed.

– 2 bedrooms each measuring roughly 10 m²: the first has two single beds and the second has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) with new, quality bedding.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout creating a moderate, even temperature, which can be increased if necessary.

Private parking spaces are available in front of the house on the ground floor with access to the apartment using the outdoor stairs.

Up to six people can be accommodated if necessary.
