Quite unusual and very local! At the foot of the wooded slopes and peaks of the Vallouise, with its terrace overlooking the valley, this little "mimi" restaurant is one of the best addresses in L'Argentière-la-Bessée. In addition to its location, just 4 minutes from the town center (with parking!) and the beauty of its setting, it's the cook's imagination that holds the key to success.
Every morning, around the oven, she draws inspiration for her menu from produce from the garden, the market or next-door. And every day, she comes up with something new! It's a bit like at home: the meal is unique, but always different. So waste is limited, produce is fresh, desserts are homemade…
