Société Alpine de Boucherie (SAB) is a family-run, traditional butchery and delicatessen established in 1970.
It offers home-made charcuterie under its "Le charcutier de la Vallouise" brand (sausages, grilled sausages, cabbage sausages, cured ham, etc.), local meats (for which the company favours short-distance sourcing for the origin of its meat: beef, veal, lamb, pork) and a selection of local products with a unique taste!
The labels of local breeders are proof of this commitment: Patur 'Alp (beef), Guil & Durance (lamb and veal) and Origine Montagne (pork), they offer excellent traceability for healthy, gourmet food.
A catering service is also available to help you with your family or business events. From aperitif to dessert, quality dishes to delight you.

Opening period
All year round on Sunday between 7.30 am and 1 pm. On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 7.30 am and 1 pm and between 4 pm and 7 pm.
Closed exceptionally on December 25th.
