The Pays des Écrins is served by the train station in L’Argentière-les-Écrins, but many trains arrive from all directions! Once you arrive at the station, shuttles or taxis can take you to the various towns in our magnificent region!

Coming from Paris

• TGV Paris – Marseille, then TER Marseille – l’Argentière les Écrins

• TGV Paris – Valence, then bus Valence – l’Argentière les Écrins

You can take the Intercités night train from Paris to Briançon or the TGV from Paris to Oulx. Travel stress-free, watch the scenery roll by, and be patient (even if it’s hard) until you arrive in the Pays des Écrins. The Land of Écrins: Sustainable Transportation—L’Argentière-la-Bessée Train Station

Take a train to Clelles-Mens. At the terminus, a bus bound for Gap will take you to Veynes-Dévoluy. At this stop, you will take a train to Briançon and stop at the Argentière les Écrins station.

Getting there by bus is easier thanks to the direct Route 55.

Take the direct train from Marseille St. Charles to Briançon; it will take you to L’Argentière-les-Écrins.
