Vallouise-Pelvoux Take-off from La Crête (2,300 m)
Accessible all year round via the Pelvoux–Vallouise chairlift, the La Crête site allows you to get to altitude quickly. As soon as the first rays of the sun appear, thermal rises form and propel the tandem boats over the snow-covered ridges in winter and the flowery mountain pastures in summer. This express take-off guarantees a prolonged flight over the massif, with a breathtaking view of the glaciers and wild valleys.
Below, the Puy-Aillaud site (Champ-Cortès) has an official landing zone, accessible on foot or by car from Vallouise. Very popular for introductory courses, it also lends itself to the first cross-flights as soon as the breeze settles, offering a safe ground to gain autonomy

On the tandem side, several formulas are offered: from the first discovery to the exploitation of the lifts to extend the flight from 45 minutes to 2 hours, including the winter flight from the resort (1,000 m of vertical drop in ski flight). These services are provided by FFVL certified schools and are accessible from the age of 6, in complete safety.
