- My parents take me for walks, protect me from the sun, give me a drink often!
- I stay in the valleys, I don’t like the altitude yet, it hurts my ears

- I let myself be taken for a sledge or pulka ride (from 6 months to 6-7 years old) in the Nordic area of Vallouise-Pelvoux-Les Vigneaux. Comfortably installed in my pulka, lent by the Chalet nordique de Vallouise, I am Mom and Dad who ski (almost) as if nothing had happened!
- Thanks to the Pelvoux-Vallouise resort parents’ pass + young child(ren) under 3 years old, Mom and Dad will be able to ski alternately (at a low price on the same pass) and take turns to look after me!
From 1 year old
- I can go to the toy library with my brothers, sisters, friends, girlfriends who are under 6 years old, an adult accompanies us and plays with us! • We forgot to take books! Luckily, there is a library in L’Argentière-La Bessée, Vallouise and Puy Saint Vincent!

- Swimming at the Lac de la Roche-de-Rame or in the swimming pools of the Pays des Écrins!
- I go for a bike ride: in the trailer of the electric bike, or in the baby seat!

- I’m going to have fun on the many playgrounds in the Pays des Écrins
- Great, I go to see the sheep on the way up to the mountain pastures in July, there is one in August too!
- I go up in altitude with the ski lifts and my ears no longer hurt!

- My parents take me on a dog sled baptism with them (Puy Saint Vincent station)
- I’m 2 and a half years old and I’m discovering the sensations of sliding in the snow garden! (Puy Saint Vincent station)
- Getting back on track is still a bit difficult, I let myself be pulled away… and we have a lot of fun going down a toboggan with a big one!
- Today, I’m going to discover the buoy pulled by a horse in Vallouise!
- We go to visit the farm of the Donkey who bubbles in Vallouise – Pelvoux After petting the adorable donkeys and discovering the farm animals, I can cut their soap into the shape of a donkey, and leave with it. It’s fun Children must be accompanied by an adult. (workshop from 2 to 6 years old)

- I’m going on a picnic at La Pousterle, tomorrow it’s a snack at Madame Carle’s Pré!
- Now I do short hikes: the circuit of the canals of Puy Saint Vincent
- I can do puzzles and the discovery trail at La Maison du Parc des Écrins
- I go to the show during the summer festivals!
- A village festival ?… The Guide Festival ?… There are surely animations for me!
- Shall we climb? For me it will be 3+ at “Baby-climbing”

- I can go on supervised mountain bike rides and they lend me a great bike!
- The Tree Climbing Park has planned a circuit for me!
- Dad takes me to an introductory meditation workshop… He said it felt good!
- Today, it’s ponies!
- I’m going to try to do all the treasure hunts in the Pays des Écrins, there are plenty of them!
- I can visit the snow groomers’ garage in the resorts, do I have to register first?

- I love going to a restaurant to eat the traditional cabbage sausage with potatoes with my parents!
- • Today, we’re going to the Maison du Parc national des Écrins in Vallouise! There’s always an exhibition or a film to see!
- • Today, taste at the honey house: it will be gingerbread and hot chocolate for me and an affectionate thought for the bees!
From 5 years old
- Great, I can now visit the Silver Mine and the Mining Museum!
- I discovered the Maison du Parc national des Écrins, the exhibitions, the films…
- I’m going to try paragliding… with an instructor!
- I love markets, my parents will buy me a little souvenir or a treat!
- I can swim well and I’m not afraid of water: I’m going rafting with a guide!
From 6 years old
- Passionate about astronomy, I go to observe the constellation of Orion from the Le Pas du Loup gîte, it seems that it has a nebula for a knee…
- • I can take snowboard lessons now!
- • More than an hour of sledging… nothing but downhill, to do with family or friends?! Wow, I need a helmet and an adult to accompany me! (Puy Saint Vincent resort) • I am a person with reduced mobility and I would like to hit the slopes: I will ask a ski school, they surely have something to offer me!
- • Today, no skiing: I’m going to learn how to turn a bowl with Johannès, the potter from L’Argentière-La Bessée!
- • The Mini-club offers a wide range of activities. I signed up for a trapper ride with my 8-year-old brother and my cousin who is already 11 years old!
- • I have my first snowflake for the ESF, my crystal for the ESI: I can take part in the lantern descent in Pelvoux-Vallouise!
- • Tomorrow, I’m going to discover ski joëring in Vallouise with Mom and Dad!
- • I can now go paragliding! (Pelvoux-Vallouise station) in a tandem
From 7 years old
- Now I’m over 1.25m tall and can take the chairlift on my own!
- Tonight, there are no clouds, I’m going to observe the stars… I dream of seeing Andromeda!
- I would like to climb trees, I love being perched, is it possible? Yes, and much more!
- I like hiking (400 m of vertical drop) especially if there is an objective to the walk: a lake, animals… A treat in a refuge?!
- I can do a laser game with my cousins, friends and girlfriends!
From 8 years old
- I love sled dogs, I go to the “kid-sled” in private lessons!
- • I am 1.25 m tall, I can take the chairlift alone.
- • I’ve heard about “new sliding”: snooc, scooter!
- • I love nature, I go to the Maison du Parc national des Écrins, I can learn to recognize the tracks of animals in the snow.
- • I saw Martin Fourcade on TV, I love Nordic skiing! This winter, I’d like to try biathlon, we shoot with a laser rifle… I’m going to ask my parents to contact the ski schools! •
From 9 years old
- I weigh 30 kilos and I have passed my third ski star: I can paraglide! (Puy Saint Vincent station) • Great! Today, I’m going to try my new cross-country skis and try ski hockey with my friends. In addition, the Nordic chalet in Vallouise lends me the equipment!
