Add your event or activity
Are you organizing an activity or event in the Pays des Écrins? The Tourist Office will help promote your event!
Once we receive the materials and approve them, your event will be featured in our communications: website, event program, etc.
The Pays des Écrins Tourist Office uses the Apidae database to list, among other things, events taking place in its area. This is a tourist information database shared by the tourist offices of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, and others…
Below you will find a form to fill out that will allow us to update this database and thus feature your events on our platforms and other websites and event calendars powered by the database.
Here are a few guidelines for filling out this form and promoting your event as effectively as possible:
- Be as specific as possible. The event name should be clear and indicate the type of event, following the template below (include the colons, but omit quotation marks): Event Name – Additional Information (if any) (e.g., Running: Les foulées givrées).
- The short description should provide an overview of the event as a whole without repeating information from the title or other details entered elsewhere (times, location, etc.).
- The detailed description should not repeat the text from the short description, but rather supplement it. It should not include information already provided elsewhere (schedule, location, etc.).
- To ensure optimal communication across all our platforms, we ask that you fill out this form as soon as possible (one month in advance, if possible).
- The Pays des Écrins Tourist Office reserves the right not to publish your content or to edit and rephrase it in accordance with its editorial guidelines.
- Please provide us with a high-quality image (photo) for which you hold the rights to illustrate your event.
- Please check to make sure your event isn’t already listed on our website. To do so, visit our events calendar page.
- If your event is already listed on our website but you would like to make changes or add details, please contact us by email, specifying the event name, date, and location.
- If your event is not listed on our website, please fill out the online form below.
